Welcome to My Website
Practical Technology.
Real Problem Solving.
I’m Thaddeus “Thadd” Mitchell, an IT professional and USAF veteran with more than 20 years of hands-on experience across network infrastructure, cybersecurity, VoIP, wireless broadband, cloud fundamentals, business operations, and technical troubleshooting.
My career has been built around solving problems that do not always come with clear instructions. Whether I am supporting networks, recovering equipment, improving workflows, researching unfamiliar systems, or building custom internal tools, my focus is the same: understand the problem, organize the information, and create a practical path forward.
Today, my work combines traditional IT experience with modern AI-assisted research, documentation, automation, and software development. I use technology not just to maintain systems, but to make them easier to understand, manage, and improve.
What I Do
Technical Problem Solving
I troubleshoot complex systems by combining research, documentation, testing, vendor coordination, and hands-on technical experience.
Network, VoIP, and Infrastructure Support
My background includes building, maintaining, and supporting network infrastructure, wireless broadband systems, VoIP platforms, and secure technical environments.
Cybersecurity and Cloud Fundamentals
I continue to expand my knowledge in cybersecurity, cloud architecture, and AI-assisted security workflows, with a focus on practical implementation and risk reduction.
Custom Tools and Internal Programs
I build programs and workflow tools that help organize information, reduce repeated work, preserve knowledge, and make business operations more efficient.
Why Work With Me?
I bring more than technical knowledge. I bring persistence, adaptability, and the ability to connect different areas of technology into workable solutions.
My experience spans military service, broadband operations, business ownership, network administration, cybersecurity, VoIP, cloud learning, AI-assisted workflows, and custom software tools. That range allows me to look at problems from more than one angle.
I am not interested in technology for buzzwords. I am interested in technology that solves real problems, saves time, improves reliability, and helps people work smarter.
