I’m Thaddeus “Thadd” Mitchell, an IT professional and USAF veteran with more than 20 years of hands-on experience across network infrastructure, cybersecurity, VoIP, wireless broadband, business operations, and technical troubleshooting.
My strength is solving messy technical problems that do not come with clear instructions. I troubleshoot systems, organize scattered information, document what matters, and build practical tools that make work easier, faster, and more reliable.
Today, my work combines traditional IT experience with modern cybersecurity, cloud learning, AI-assisted research, documentation, automation, and custom internal software development.
